Hello I’m Sheryl Hanula

Welcome!  Glad you found your way here.

This space is the weaving together of love and intention.

An offering of soft parts and vulnerability through the written word of poetry and prose; sharing of beauty through photography and reciprocity; through intentional practices guiding your animal body to slow down and become aligned with rhythms that were once known and common.

Allow me to steward you through seasonal practices that encourage reconnection to the inherent cadence of the natural and more than human world

Based on Japanese microseasons, we will explore weekly seasonal shifts of the Canadian West Coast microseasons. Tuning into ever evolving patterns of weather, flora and fauna, while acknowledging the basis of deep time that anchors it all into a harmonious melody.

Whether you follow along in time with the calendar or pick a season that aligns with a current phase of life, you will find intentional and heart centred practices to support leaning into transitional and threshold moment.

Allow yourself to become immersed in the moments that are fluid and forever.  I hope you find comfort and support for whatever season your existence finds you.
